Siberian scientists have proposed to establish "Baraba" special economic zone
Scientists of the Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences took the initiative to create in Baraba district (Novosibirsk region) an agro innovation cluster — special economic zone named "Baraba", project of which was presented to the Russian Federation envoy in Siberian Federal District, Viktor Tolokonsky. At this territory scientists proposed to implement a number of large-scale projects in the field of innovative agriculture, environmental sustainability and "clean energy".
